Former casting director and senior talent agent and founder of Stardust Dance Collective, Stacy Gaudioso joined forces with professional dancer, now professional photographer and creative director of Gilded Sun Photography, Crystal Charlemagne.

Strategically combining 3 generations of creative expertise and vision for the ultimate DANCE experience, this collective was specifically created for aspiring dancers who want to break into the entertainment industry as a performing artist!
Breakthru Dance Collective is for all dancers ages 12 and up.
This collective is ideal for high school students preparing for college auditions or professional work, college students preparing to audition professionally, college graduates hoping to land their dream gig or anyone who just wants to fine tune their professional audition skills!

We will cover the importance of a professional headshot, resume and individual demo-reel by discussing and showing examples, followed by an interactive Q&A. This workshop will teach dancers how to create and obtain these pertinent materials for the professional audition process.

Professional Mock Audition
Professional Mock Audition
Dancers will learn how to slate and learn a ballet and music theatre combo from a professional choreographer. Dancers will then audition in small groups and be adjudicated by a panel of industry professionals. Each dancer will receive written feed back from the judges on their individual audition.

Each dancer will receive a link to schedule a free 30 min. one-on-one coaching call with a Talent Agent to go over their individual audition, review their judges feedback sheets, and also chat about future plans, goals and DREAMS!

Stardust Talent Collective
Stacy is an established talent agent and former casting director and producer with 29 years of experience in talent recruitment and production services for the entertainment industry. Well known for discovering exceptional new talent as well as recognizing the seasonal professional, her successful negotiating abilities and recruiting skills ensures her clients the highest level of performers. Stacy has an extensive background in dance and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications from the University of Central Florida.
Recently becoming a certified NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) Practitioner,
dedicating her efforts to bridge the gap between performing artists and positive mental health.
Stacy was a Senior Talent Agent and current consultant for YOU Management USA and also the founder of Stardust Talent Collective, LLC.

Crystal is a Dance Performance major from Oklahoma City University and has professionally performed around the world in theme parks, regional theatres and onboard cruise ships such as Princess Cruise Lines for World Cruises and special engagements. Settling her family's roots in Houston, TX, Crystal became her own boss as an established professional photographer for Gilded Sun Photography, which she exclusively operates. Her concentrated focus is on performing artists, where she provides a unique vision for her clients to have creative freedom and inspire imagination. Crystal continues to perform professionally at corporate industrials and special events
as a dancer, aerialist and circus artist. Crystal enjoys combining her movement background with her love of visual arts to create colorful dance imagery for
fellow artists.

Taylor has extensively trained in New York City in all genres of dance and music theatre.
Taylor trained at The Ailey School in the Independent Study Program and then accepted into The Institute for American Musical Theatre where she graduated; working alongside Tony, Grammy and Emmy Award winning directors, choreographers and performers, Taylor was selected and performed in the Broadway Cares Easter Bonnet show, representing the Broadway sensation Waitress. Taylor was also selected to study at the Broadway Dance Lab of Choreography and CHUTHIS in California. Taylor was a featured dancer in Britmania at Busch Gardens, a featured dancer in the Babes of Broadway tour for
Live On Stage and also a dancer for Virgin Voyages Cruise Lines.
Taylor continues to dance professionally and is the Company Director at American Academy of Dance.
